You don’t need to eat certain foods to boost your milk supply. It’s most important to eat a well-balanced diet rich in protein, whole grains, and fruits and vegetables. Drink plenty of fluids and limit caffeine. While your provider may also recommend a daily multivitamin, it is unclear whether other supplements like fenugreek or blessed thistle really increase milk supply.
