What’s causing hot flashes at age 31?

At my age, 31, I’m wondering what would be causing my hot flashes, sweating, heat rashes and headaches. Could it be pre-menopause? My grandmother started menopause in her early 30’s. I’m not interested in having more children. Ideas?
