Low Immunoglobulin G Count with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

I am a 46-year-old woman with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Recent blood work shows I have an abnormally low Immunoglobulin G (IgG) count. Is SLE the most likely cause? What other conditions could cause a low IgG level?
