Estrogen Alternatives for Hot Flashes

I am 65-year-old female. I was diagnosed with a blood clot in my leg while taking the hormone patch Alora for hot flashes. I had to stop Alora. The hot flashes came back. Is there anything I can take to relieve hot flashes?
