Pregnancy After Removal of Fallopian Tube

A year ago, I had an ectopic pregnancy and had to have my left fallopian tube removed. I still have the right tube. I have tried for a year to become pregnant with no success. I am having trouble getting a clear answer to the following questions: Can I still get pregnant with one tube? Would taking Clomid help me to get pregnant?
