Can you walk again after syphilis treatment or do you need physical therapy?

Primary and secondary syphilis should not cause walking difficulties. When both forms are adequately treated, a person should not develop an advanced stage of syphilis that could involve the nervous system and impair walking. Treatment of late stage syphilis may not reverse all of the symptoms and physical therapy could be helpful.
